EV FAQ

Q: Do you install NEMA 14-50s or other receptacles for EV charging?

A: We do not recommend the installation of receptacles for electrical vehicle charging stations.

Q: How do I schedule my installation?

A: After you fill out and submit the installation request form, we will contact you to schedule a date at your convenience.

Q: How long will it take to install my charging station?

A: Most of our installs are between 4-8 hours. Depending on your specific situation, installations can be as short as 2 hours, or take up to several days. Once you submit the installation request form, we can give you a more accurate estimate.

Q: What materials do you use for conduit?

A: The majority of our installations are completed with EMT and Rigid PVC. This allows for more protection, safety, and a cleaner looking install compared to using corrugated flexible conduit. When work is behind the walls, over expansion joints, or other situations when rigid conduit is difficult to use, we use flexible metal conduit.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept checks and credit/debit cards.

Q: What brand EV chargers do you install?

A: The Tesla Wall Connector, and the ChargePoint Home Flex, are our preferred and recommended chargers, but as long as it is a safe, legal charger, we can install it for you!
